Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA

Responsibilities:

Completing Skill Acquisition Assessments Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Analysis Develop Treatment Plans Development and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans Provision of BCBA, LBA and RBT Supervision Provide parent training and support Create individualized programs Implement data-based decisions Some roles require experience working in the school setting Team building and program expansion Program development, staff training and generation of new ideas

Qualifications:

BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst, Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Education or a related field, with behavioral expertise. Minimum 1+ year experience working as a

BCBA/LBA

Knowledge of behavior strategies Familiarity with Individual Education Plans (IEP) Proven experience in providing behavior consultation and psycho education
