Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized services in an educational setting located in New Rochelle, NY. The role involves working directly within schools to support students with behavioral and developmental challenges through evidence-based interventions and behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress to ensure goals are met. Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral support. Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and adapt strategies as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and documentation in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required. Experience working in school settings with children and adolescents. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff. Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate documentation.
