Part-time About the Role Creative Behavioral Solutions is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting developmental progress, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

Queens, NY:

Upper West Side, NY:
9-year-old boy, afternoon and Saturday hours Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting. Implement treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Support children with communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills. Collect session data and document client progress accurately. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment. Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and clinical team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience working with children is preferred. ABA, autism support, childcare, behavioral health, or special needs experience is a plus. RBT certification is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional. Must be willing to complete onboarding, background checks, and required training. Physical Requirements This role may require bending, kneeling, sitting, standing for extended periods, squatting, reaching, climbing stairs, and engaging in physical activities during therapy sessions.
