New York NY Job Summary:
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by
BCBA/LBA
for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan Support

in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests Complete any other tasks assigned by
BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred) Experience working with children with ASD Excellent project management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
