In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your energetic approach and commitment to patient care will help create a nurturing environment where clients can thrive and reach their full potential. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills, managing behaviors, and encouraging positive interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across different locations and settings. Foster a safe, supportive environment that emphasizes patience and understanding. Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification. 2 plus years experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Bachelor's degree in related field Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies. Strong data collection skills to track client progress accurately.
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
