Job Description

Grow Your Career with The Arc Westchester Westchester County, NY As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll receive comprehensive training, supervision, and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We'll cover all the costs associated with obtaining and maintaining your RBT credential. The Arc Westchester also provides supervision for BCBA trainees. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans. Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment decisions. Conduct preference and functional behavior assessments. Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with IDD, focusing on independence and goal achievement. Assist with staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Maintain open communication with individuals, families, and other professionals. Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all applicable laws.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Valid NYS driver's license for at least 2 years Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred) Passion for helping others and a desire to learn about behavior analysis •Pay is dependent upon verifiable experience. Apply Today!
