We have immediate openings for Part-Time Behavior Technicians in our Syracuse office. Upon hire, you will receive extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ongoing supervision to help you develop the skills needed to provide high-quality care to children with autism. For those interested in pursuing additional professional development, nationally recognized Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training is available at no cost. $5,000 Retention Bonus payable upon one year of employment! This is an incredible early career opportunity for those interested in the fields of psychology, education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, or human services. We are looking for bright and motivated individuals—no experience required—who are interested in helping children with autism overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Gain valuable training and hands-on experience that will benefit you in future educational and career pursuits. Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour. As a Behavior Technician, you will help children improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills across a variety of settings. Treatment is primarily implemented in our clinic, but opportunities to work in the community, schools, and homes may also be available. All Behavior Technician positions begin as part-time, with opportunities for advancement into full-time, salaried positions for exceptional candidates. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
