Behavior Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be Certified BCBA and/or RBT, and/or ABA Experience as Special Education Teacher, School Psychologist, Behavioral Analyst or Social Worker

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts direct observations and assessments of individual students and their learning environments Conducts functional behavioral assessments/analysis and develops behavioral support plans Develops and implements behavior programs, coordinating delivery of appropriate service to students in order to achieve positive outcomes Completes written behavioral summaries to assist teachers and administrators in the development of appropriate learning experiences and behavioral plans Maintains records of student evaluations, treatment plans, number of students assessed and their progress Collects baseline and intervention data to evaluate outcomes and progress monitoring Other duties as assigned by the Director of
