Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Strong communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues Empathy and compassion for children with diverse needs Ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful in challenging situations Observational and problem-solving skills to support client progress Requirements No prior certification required at hire - we provide assistance with RBT training Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire Must complete BCIFBI background checks before starting

Preferred:

minimum of 2 years of college education (not required) Work ScheduleLocations Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM , Monday through Friday (some weekend availability) Most hours are at our therapy center in Norton, OH Some services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland-Akron area Specialty Area Pediatrics Ready to Make a Difference?
