Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Aurelia Behavioral Academy is a growing, mission-driven company dedicated to supporting autistic children and their families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an RBT® , you'll work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, independence, and daily living skills. When, Where, & Pay When :

Monday-Friday, 2-4 hour sessions between 8:00 AM and 6:00

PM Where :

A mix of in-home and center-based sessions in the Cleveland/Avon Lake, Ohio area

Pay :

$21

• 25 per hour, depending on experience and certification What You'll Do Work directly with autistic children to implement individualized behavior plans Use evidence-based strategies to build play, communication, and life skills Collect accurate data to track client progress Receive guidance and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) Engage with families and caregivers respectfully and supportively What We Offer Paid Training•New to ABA?

We'll help you complete your 40-hour RBT® training and support you through the certification process Steady Schedule
