Job Description

Company Overview Shape Behavioral Services specializes in providing expert Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to equip children with the necessary physical, mental, and emotional tools to thrive in their everyday lives. Summary We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team at Shape Behavioral Services. In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with ASD, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. Your contributions will be vital in helping our clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client behavior and progress accurately. Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide education and support to families regarding behavioral strategies and techniques. Maintain medical records and documentation as required by company policies. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician preferred. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism. Strong data collection skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with children and their families. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
