Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an in-person setting, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of military children and individuals with autism. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and oversee their implementation to promote positive growth and independence. This role offers an engaging environment where your skills in applied behavior analysis and patient care are essential to delivering high-quality services. You'll collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and progress. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans aligned with each individual's needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and documentation. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (LBA where approved). Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), medical terminology, and medical documentation practices. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and data collection methods. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for managing medical records securely. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare teams. Ability to perform patient care duties with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Pay:
