Full Job Description Job Summary:
Advanced Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our clinician owned team. As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Job Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based, in-home, or community-based settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and other team members Implement and maintain a supportive and therapeutic environment
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation up to $24/hour based on registration and experience Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 - 40 hours/week) Center-based, in-home or a combination of services are available to create your ideal schedule Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services Full paid RBT training. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Experience working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet How to
