We are dedicated to fostering growth, independence, and provide quality healthcare services. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and oversee behavioral interventions to promote positive outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members involved in client care. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes and patient assessments to establish appropriate treatment goals aligned with client needs. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical documentation standards. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients' families, team members, and external providers.
