! Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining meticulous medical documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve through patient-centered care and innovative behavioral health strategies. Duties Design, implement, and oversee behavioral therapy programs tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction. Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine appropriate treatment pathways. Collect, analyze, and interpret data regularly to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care activities, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on ABA techniques, data collection methods, and patient care protocols. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress, update treatment goals, and ensure comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities. Experience A valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles. Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to collect data systematically, analyze behavioral trends, and modify interventions based on evidence-based practices.
