We're hiring Behavior Consultants (BCBAs) in the Oklahoma City, OK area. Why clinicians choose

Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide Supporting 350+ schools across 10 states Not private-equity backed, quality always comes first Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and career advancement What You'll Do Conduct functional and skills-based assessments Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Provide parent training and support Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care Complete documentation and progress reports for funding sources
