About us Not Your Everyday Therapy Services is a small Speech Therapy and ABA private practice in Oklahoma City, OK. We provide practical, creative, and evidenced based speech-language services and ABA services that empower our families and clients to gain communication skills and increase independence. Our therapists specialize in providing personalized plans for children and their families that mimic the natural environment. Located in Oklahoma City, Not Your Everyday Therapy Services is here to provide an experience unlike anywhere else! Not Your Everyday Therapy is NOT like the rest and we believe in empowering you to be the therapist/employee you want to be, along with competitive pay!

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans
- Assist with parent training and support
- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail in data collection and documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus
