Behavior Technician Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans
- Assist with parent training and support
- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail in data collection and documentation

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and providing support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus
