Mindful Play ABA is seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy in a fun, supportive clinic environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Our approach focuses on naturalistic teaching, compassion over compliance, and learning through play. We are looking for team members who are committed to providing high-quality services while embodying our core values of Fun, Teamwork, Learning, Solutions Focused, Flexibility, and Doing the Right Thing. Qualifications Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision Experience working with children preferred Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent BCBA support and supervision Opportunities for growth and professional development Company-paid training and PDU opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Fun, collaborative, and supportive team culture About Mindful Play ABA At Mindful Play ABA, we believe children learn best through play.
