Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Flexible Private School & Day Program Roosevelt Academy Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract | Internship $18 - $24 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification School experience Working with individuals with autism Assisting with ADLs Working with students Full Job Description Roosevelt Academy | Oklahoma City, OK Part time and full time | Monday through Thursday with some extended afternoons Roosevelt Academy is an accredited private school serving neurodiverse learners from kindergarten through twelfth grade. We deliver individualized academics, life skills, and therapeutic support all in one place. We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable RBT who wants to be a real presence in a child's day. What you'll do Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and ABA informed strategies. Support and reinforce academic instruction alongside our teachers and help students reach their learning goals. Keep students engaged and motivated through the parts of the day that feel hard. Support daily routines, transitions, life skills, and personal care as needed. Collect accurate progress data and communicate clearly with the team. Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech, teachers, and families. Help run social skills groups, executive function sessions, and enrichment blocks. What we're looking for Current RBT certification through the BACB. Experience with children or youth with autism, ADHD, or related needs in a school, clinic, or daycare setting. A genuine investment in students' learning, not just their behavior. Patience, adaptability, and real warmth. Availability for flexible hours, including some afternoons into the early evening. Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
