Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Play-based ABA Therapy

Mindful Play ABA is continuing to grow and is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to be part of a collaborative, client-centered clinic with a strong, supportive team, delivering play-based ABA services. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work with children and wants to build strong clinical skills in a supportive environment. We welcome certified RBTs as well as individuals with relevant experience who are ready to pursue certification in the near future. What You'll Be Doing Direct Therapy Services Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting Use play-based strategies to engage clients and promote learning Follow individualized programs designed by a BCBA Skill Building & Behavior Support Teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills Implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques Support clients through transitions and skill acquisition activities Data & Documentation Record session data accurately using electronic systems Complete session notes in a timely and professional manner Team Collaboration Partner with BCBAs to support treatment goals and client progress Communicate effectively with team members to maintain consistency of care Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic environment What We're Looking For Current RBT certification preferred Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 30 days if not already certified Previous experience in ABA, education, psychology, or working with children is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's preferred) Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Role Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check Comfortable with active, play-based work (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs)
