Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ashburn, VA. In this role, you will work directly with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA and support skill development across settings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in ABA and behavioral health. Duties and Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs Provide direct ABA therapy focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence Accurately collect and record data during sessions Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development Qualifications and Requirements Must have completed or be actively enrolled in the 40-hour RBT training course Active RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team Commitment to ethical and high-quality care Current Availability Needs We are currently seeking candidates who are flexible and available during daytime and after-school hours.

Preferred availability:

Between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:30pm-8:00pm Some days may extend until 8:00 PM We have multiple cases in the Ashburn area, so candidates must be flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate varying session times based on client needs.

Maximum caseload:
