(BBIC) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians —no active RBT or RBAI certification required to apply. About the Role As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based practices under the supervision of a BCBA. What to Expect Opportunity to interview prior to completing certification Requirement to complete a 40-hour
RBT/RBAI
training independently Upon hire, receive: Hands-on overlap training 1:1 training with a qualified professional Ongoing mentorship and support Why Join BBIC?
