Hours Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Autism Consultant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Medford, OR. The BCBA will support students, educators, and school teams by providing behavioral assessments, intervention planning, staff coaching, and consultation services to promote positive educational and behavioral outcomes across K-12 settings. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), behavioral evaluations, and functional analyses. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and implementation fidelity reviews. Provide coaching, consultation, and classroom-based support to educators and school staff. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), interventionists, and BCBA candidates as assigned. Assist with the development and implementation of IEP goals and behavior support plans. Deliver training on positive behavior supports and evidence-based intervention strategies. Utilize evidence-based practices including social skills training, visual supports, assistive technology, and behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Foster positive relationships with students, families, educators, and community stakeholders. Adhere to BACB ethical and professional practice standards. Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Minimum three (3) years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention. School-based experience required. Experience supporting students in educational settings. Experience working with at-risk student populations. Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with educational software, IEP systems, and data tracking platforms. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Autism evaluation experience, particularly with early childhood populations. Experience in K-12 public education settings. Bilingual or multilingual skills. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse student populations. Knowledge of assistive technology and evidence-based behavioral support strategies. Why Join This Opportunity?
