We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, Imagination ABA Therapy offers a supportive environment with room to grow. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus—but not required! Compensation:

BT Rate :

• 25/hour RBT Rate (if certified): $24

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect data and document client progress Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred RBT certification a plus , but not required Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to pass background checks INDRBT
