Job Description

Description Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA in the Perkiomen Valley School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
Rate:
The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
Openings:
School based full time hours for BCBA through the 25-26 school year Monday- Friday school based hours
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
