Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Travel A full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available in Collegeville, PA, offering a unique opportunity to engage in impactful work within the educational setting. This role focuses on providing coaching, training, and behavioral consultation rather than direct ABA services, making it ideal for professionals looking to influence multiple aspects of behavioral support across several school buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IEP teams to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support and implement Tier I, II, and III Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) behavioral frameworks Provide coaching and training to staff under the guidance of a lead BCBA and district administration Travel between multiple school buildings to ensure consistent behavioral support and program fidelity
Qualifications & Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (25/26 credential preferred) Experience working within educational systems and familiarity with IEP processes Strong skills in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and staff training Ability to manage caseloads involving multiple sites and interdisciplinary collaboration Effective communication and teamwork abilities within a school district setting
