Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Per Diem)

Responsibilities We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and experienced BCBA to support our our Lifeworks School System. This is a per diem position and it is NOT a remote position. The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. LifeWorks comprehensive educational curriculum is individualized and designed to actively engage each student throughout the day to achieve positive, pro-social behavioral and educational outcomes. Our unique balance of academic rigor and a continuum of evidence based educational/therapeutic supports make LifeWorks the regional provider of choice.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement and support education and behavioral programs. Participate in the assessment and data analysis of behavioral programs. Assist with intervention and therapeutic program evaluations. Maintains a thorough knowledge base of community resources for population served. Maintains a thorough knowledge base of age specific interventions for populations served. Participates in department and facility Performance Improvement activities. In addition to direct work with children, families and school representatives, this position requires report writing, attending meetings, staff meetings and regular communication with management.

Education:

Master's degree in education, human services or related field

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in a school or mental health treatment setting.

Licensure:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Licensed in the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist (BSL).
