Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to an engaging summer opportunity working in school settings near Doylestown, PA! This contract position is designed for skilled BCBAs who are dedicated to supporting students with diverse behavioral needs during their Extended School Year (ESY) programs. You'll play a vital role in helping students achieve meaningful progress while collaborating within a supportive educational team.
What You'll Bring:
Current, active BCBA credential meeting Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements Reliable transportation and residency within 35 minutes of your assigned school site Experience working with populations exhibiting moderate to severe needs and challenging behaviors Confidence working a set ESY schedule (Monday through Thursday, 8:45am - 2:45pm, June 29 to July 30, 2026) Flexibility regarding site and classroom assignments based on student enrollment and needs Professional communication and timely attendance Understanding of the PA DOE credentialing process (approx. 14 days to complete) Enthusiasm for collaborating with educational staff and embracing a team-oriented environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans Provide direct support and coaching to staff and students Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing student programming Attend all required orientations and ESY instructional days Maintain documentation and professional standards according to school and state guidelines Foster a collaborative and positive classroom atmosphere, adapting strategies to individual learners
