Job Description

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an exciting opportunity to assist a vibrant district as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year! This role is perfect for those who are eager to help shape a new discipline in the district and collaborate closely with educators and staff members across three dynamic school sites. This full-time, onsite position will have you working between 37 and 40 hours per week, providing services at multiple campuses, including LB Morris School, Penn-Kidder Campus, and Jim Thorpe Area High School. You'll play a vital role in supporting both general education and special education populations, making a real difference by implementing data-driven approaches and positive behavioral interventions.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience working in school settings strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavioral intervention plans Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, school psychologists, and support staff) Data-driven thinker with keen organizational skills Willingness to submit a redacted FBA sample and provide professional references
Core Responsibilities:
