You will:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA® Implement teaching and behavior programs Document therapy sessions Assist with parent training Travel to client locations (paid travel time may apply) Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience working with children Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and motivated Must pass all required PA clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance PA Criminal Background Check FBI Fingerprinting Federal & County criminal checks Sex Offender Registry check PA driver's license check No sanctions/exclusions from Medicaid, Medicare, or federally funded programs Ability to commute to Lancaster, PA 17602 (required) Ability to relocate before starting work if not local (required) Schedule Monday-Friday Day shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Evening shift: 12:30 PM - 7:00

PM Part-time/Full-time:

15-37.5 hours/week Flexible scheduling available Additional Notes Full-time positions (37.5 hours/week) are available. RBT certification is preferred for full-time roles or may be required depending on assignment.
