Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support student success and behavioral growth at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Developing effective behavior intervention plans that create positive outcomes for students Building supportive learning environments where students feel safe, respected, and empowered Using data-driven strategies to assess student progress and guide behavioral programming Coaching and collaborating with staff to implement evidence-based behavioral supports Supporting school-wide systems that promote positive behavior and student success
Required Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and/or Pennsylvania Special Education Certification Current Pennsylvania license for Behavior Specialist Ability to maintain credentialing requirements Certification in de-escalation training
Your Impact:
As our BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and social skills instruction Provide direct behavioral and social-emotional support to students with significant needs Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student growth Develop training materials and provide professional development to staff on evidence-based behavioral practices Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) initiatives and school-wide behavioral programming Model effective instructional and behavioral strategies within classroom settings

The position requires the ability to move throughout school buildings, participate in student support activities, utilize technology and data systems, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
