Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision to behavior technicians and other ABA team members Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Design and oversee ABA programming based on learner needs Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed Maintain regular communication with parents, caregivers, and treatment team members Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure quality of services and clinical integrity Provide parent training and staff training Support families with strategies to incorporate individualized goals into daily routines Complete documentation in a timely and organized manner Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and quality care Qualifications Current BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and leadership Must be able to provide in-person services in Bucks County, PA Willingness to travel locally as needed What We Offer Immediate full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible daytime and evening hours available Competitive hourly pay Supplemental benefits such as dental and vision Free ACE CEU training classes Education discounts for employees and their families through partnering graduate universities Pennsylvania supervision provided by a BCBA for LBS certification Supportive team culture that values collaboration, growth, and clinician well-being Ask us about our $1,500 sign-on bonus We can't wait to welcome you to the team1
