Job Description

•Must be able to cover at least 5 cases•
Overview:
The LBS will deliver ABA services to clients (ages 2-21), including assessment, treatment planning, and parent training. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, participating in agency training, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field. Experience in school and home-based settings. Proficient in behavior management, instructional skills, and interpersonal relations. State of PA Behavior Specialist License. Flexible availability and reliable transportation. Current certifications (CPR, First aid, mandated reporter).
Responsibilities:
Develop agency training on ABA, teaching strategies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct assessments and develop behavior strategies. Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff. Ensure timely submission of paperwork and maintain data collection systems. Develop behavior plans focusing on skill development. Collaborate with treatment team members and maintain communication. Stay updated with professional development and research findings. Maintain data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in NET and DTT programming. Microsoft Office proficiency. Ability to quickly respond to calls, texts, and emails. Establish rapport with clients and parents. Strong time management skills. Familiarity with copiers, phone systems, laminators, and office materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Therapy PMS and Motivity. Familiarity with CBH, CCBH, and/or IBHS regulations and behavioral health credentialing (mandatory).
Credentialing Requirements:
Clearances (dated within 1 year): PA Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance. PA Act 34 Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance. PA Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Clearance. PA Act 47 National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) Clearance.
