Job Description

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Settings:
Elementary, middle, and high school placements Onsite or remote: Primarily onsite What you'll be doing: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborating with IEP teams to build effective behavior goals Coaching teachers and support staff on behavior strategies Monitoring data and adjusting interventions as needed Supporting structured, positive classroom environments What you'll need: Active BCBA certification Pennsylvania licensure (or ability to obtain) School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility across different school settings Why you'll love working with
