Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in Pottstown, PA, offering an opportunity to support behavioral programs in a school setting from ASAP through May 28th (with some flexibility for emergency days). This role focuses on a coaching and training model rather than direct ABA service delivery, allowing the BCBA to make a broad impact across multiple buildings within the district. Key responsibilities include collaborating with IEP teams to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). The BCBA will also contribute to the Tier
I/II/III
Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) behavioral framework, working alongside a lead BCBA and district administrators to implement effective strategies that address student behavioral needs throughout the school community.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential held for the 2025-2026 school year Experience in educational settings applying ABA principles and behavioral interventions Strong skills in coaching, training, and mentoring school staff and teams Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including IEP planners and district personnel Flexibility and adaptability to support multiple buildings and varied behavioral needs Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and experience with FBA and BIP processes
