Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the educational setting by providing expert behavioral support and assessment for students. This contract opportunity calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about promoting positive outcomes for children and collaborating with educators and families. Your expertise will help shape individualized programs that foster student growth and success.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and families Ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavioral interventions Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students, interpreting data to make informed recommendations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective plan delivery and progress monitoring Provide training and ongoing consultation to school personnel regarding behavioral strategies and data collection Monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed to support goal attainment Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in line with district or state regulations As a valued team member, enjoy professional growth opportunities as you collaborate with a dynamic educational team.
