Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst - NSY About the Position Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in the greater southeastern Pennsylvania area during the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position will provide leave coverage for a staff BCBA within a specialized autism program. The selected candidate will join an established team of behavioral professionals and play an important role in supporting student success through evidence-based practices and collaboration. This is an onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year. The district is flexible regarding weekly hours and can accommodate schedules up to 30 hours per week based on candidate availability. The program serves approximately 67 students across 15 classrooms and specializes in supporting students with Level III Autism. Compensation is anticipated to range from $50 to $60 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities The BCBA will support a comprehensive behavioral program where all students have Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in place. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing classroom data, collaborating with the crisis response team, and providing observations and coaching to classroom staff. The selected professional will work alongside three additional BCBAs and clinical coordinators to ensure consistency in behavioral programming and student support. Requirements Applicants must hold active BCBA certification and have experience working with students who demonstrate significant behavioral and developmental needs. Previous experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, data analysis, consultation, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
