Competitive pay of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Direct mentorship and guidance from a licensed BCBA Hands-on ABA experience with children with special needs A warm, mission-driven team that supports you as much as the families we serve Room to grow your skills in a meaningful, real-world setting What You Will Do Provide safe, nurturing, and attentive care to children with special needs in home and community settings Implement ABA-based strategies and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Support daily routines and individualized care plans Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities Maintain clear, professional communication with families and Balanced Babysitting staff Foster a positive, engaging environment where every child can thrive What We Are Looking For Active RBT credential (preferred, not required for all positions) Minimum of 2 years of experience providing one-on-one support to individuals with special needs. Must be at least 18 years of age Current CPR Certification Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances and background checks A genuine passion for working with children and their families
