Are you an experienced ABA professional ready to take the next step in your career? Data Driven Educators, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated ABA Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide clinical support, supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and treatment teams, and help ensure high-quality, individualized services for our clients. Job Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop clear, measurable, and meaningful treatment goals. Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians to ensure quality service delivery and professional growth. Provide consultation and support to parents, caregivers, school teams, and staff regarding treatment implementation and client progress. Monitor client programs and make data-driven recommendations to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Prepare progress reports and treatment updates with recommendations for future programming. Respond promptly and professionally to client, staff, and company communications. Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective and ethical treatment services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and funding source requirements. Qualifications Required Bilingual in English and Spanish . Minimum of 12 completed graduate-level units in a Master's program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities. Preferred Previous experience as an ABA Case Manager, ABA Supervisor, or similar leadership role. Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience. Key Competencies Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based interventions. Effective leadership and team development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
