Job Description

Rainbow ABA is currently looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team! At Rainbow ABA, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism. Hourly:
$80-$85 |
Salary:
$100,000+bonus opportunities Free CEUs Flexible work environment and schedule (both in-person and telehealth opportunities available) Obtainable caseloads Medical and dental benefits for full-time employees Paid time off Bonus opportunities We are looking for BCBAs well versed in: Training, support, and collaborative supervision for our R/BTs both in-home and via telehealth The utilization of both norm-referenced and criterion-referenced assessments (i.e., VABS, VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, SRS-2, PEAK, etc.) Conducting (Re)assessments for insurance funders Designing treatment packages that include medically necessary client goals for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction Providing parent training Managing data regarding client's progress Collecting IOA and assent data, along with regularly conducting fidelity checks Overseeing up to 10 cases for salaried BCBAs, averaging 30 billable hours per week
Qualifications:
Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification required Access to reliable transportation Strong collaboration skills
