BCBA - Outer Banks /
Eastern North Carolina Job Summary:
Glow Forward ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving children and families across Eastern North Carolina and the Outer Banks region. We currently have immediate client needs in Kill Devil Hills, East Lake, Creswell, Windsor, and surrounding communities. This is a hybrid position offering flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in underserved communities where families are actively waiting for services. Candidates located in Eastern North Carolina, the Outer Banks, or nearby Virginia areas are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification from the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA). Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
