Conduct comprehensive evaluations and FBAs Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and skill-building programs Deliver therapy across home, school, and community settings Supervise, mentor, and inspire RBTs Partner with families to coach evidence-based strategies they can use every day Collect, analyze, and graph client progress data Utilize industry-leading assessment tools including VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 Who We're Looking For You're a clinician who leads, moves with urgency, and genuinely cares about your clients, your team, and the work itself.
