Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview A2Z Therapy is seeking a passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Fayetteville, NC area. This position is primarily in-person at our clinic, with the flexibility for hybrid/remote work based on scheduling, supervision needs, and caseload demands. We are a rapidly expanding ABA company committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical autonomy, team collaboration, and the ability to grow within a company.Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience)Health Reimbursement Schedule:

Opportunities for leadership and program development Key Responsibilities Conduct i nitial and ongoing assessments (in-person and as appropriate via telehealth) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs/BTs in clinic, home, and/or school settings Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments Provide parent/caregiver training and support Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism and related disorders Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to balance in-person clinical oversight with independent remote work Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting Experience supervising multiple RBTs/BTs across settings Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance (e.g., Alliance, TRICARE) Interest in leadership or helping shape clinical programming Work Model (What Hybrid Looks Like Here) Majority of assessments and supervision conducted in person Remote work available for: Programming and treatment plan updates Documentation Some parent training and meetings each insurance has own requirements for telehealth supervision Schedule flexibility based on client needs and BCBA autonomy, Why Join A2Z Therapy?
