Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and licensed •Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)• to join our team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role requires a strong background in applied behavior analysis, experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to patient care and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data collection, medical documentation, and conducting diagnostic evaluations within a HIPAA-compliant environment. Duties Design and supervise behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments. Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine individual needs. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff or caregivers on applied behavior analysis strategies. Ensure ethical practice by adhering to professional standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles. Proven ability to conduct patient care activities such as assessments, behavioral interventions, and data collection. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health services. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines ensuring confidentiality of patient information. Prior experience with diagnostic evaluation processes and intake procedures is preferred.
