At TLC, you will be part of a caring, therapist-owned, multidisciplinary clinic where BCBAs collaborate closely with Registered Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists to help children and families make meaningful progress. Why BCBAs Choose TLC Small caseload: 6-8 full-time equivalent clients Primarily clinic-based in Roswell Monday-Friday schedule No routine nights or weekends Weekly BCBA 1:1 support Interdisciplinary collaboration with RBTs, SLPs, and OTs Center managers handle scheduling and administrative coordination Paid CEUs, annual CEU stipend, and BCBA renewal fees covered Eligible for up to 24 work-from-home days per year for documentation and administrative work Up to 29 paid days off per year, plus 5 unpaid time off days Monthly bonus opportunities $3,000 sign-on bonus Compensation and Time Off Base salary: $80,000-$95,000, depending on experience Total annual compensation potential: Up to $106,500 Sign-on bonus: $3,000 Monthly bonus program with opportunities for additional cash, work-from-home days, and bonus-earned PTO days Eligible for up to 24 work-from-home days per year, including additional earned WFH days through the monthly bonus program Up to 29 paid days off per year 5 unpaid time off days Benefits PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Short-term and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program Mileage reimbursement for approved local travel Referral bonus opportunities Employee shopping and travel discounts Free daily snacks Relocation assistance may be considered What You'll Do Conduct ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK Develop and update individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs Supervise, coach, and support Registered Behavior Technicians Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain treatment integrity, documentation, and BACB ethical compliance Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to support generalization across settings Provide services primarily in the clinic, with home and school support as needed Maintain expected productivity standards and participate in TLC's monthly bonus program Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification required Georgia licensure or eligibility required Experience in early intervention, autism services, and RBT supervision preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Schedule and Location Monday-Friday Patient schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Based out of our Roswell clinic Some flexibility for opening and closing coverage Documentation and administrative work-from-home flexibility available in accordance with TLC policy and bonus program eligibility
