Job Description
Overview CODA Autism Services is a growing ABA center in Houston dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized care for children with autism and their families. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking for a flexible, supportive environment where they can focus on clinical quality without the pressure of unrealistic caseloads. This is a hybrid role , combining in-center clinical responsibilities with remote flexibility for documentation and administrative work. At CODA, we prioritize: Quality care over volume Flexibility and work-life balance A collaborative and supportive team environment We also support continuing education (CEUs) and offer opportunities for professional growth as the center continues to expand. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and support RBTs during in-center sessions Provide parent training and guidance Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner (treatment plans, progress reports, session notes) Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care Hybrid expectations: In-center presence required for assessments, supervision, and client observation Remote work allowed for treatment planning, reports, and administrative tasks Approximately 2-3 in-center days per week , based on caseload Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Texas LBA (or ability to obtain immediately) Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA managing cases independently (required) Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Ability to meet documentation deadlines consistently
Preferred:
Experience in an in-center ABA setting Experience with insurance-based services and authorizations Strong supervision and team collaboration skills Flexible schedule (approximately 10-25 hours per week to start), with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows.Pay:
$75.00 - $90.00 per hourBenefits:
