BCBA (Experienced): Hybrid Role and Flexible Schedule

Overview CODA Autism Services is a growing ABA center in Houston dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized care for children with autism and their families. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking for a flexible, supportive environment where they can focus on clinical quality without the pressure of unrealistic caseloads. This is a hybrid role , combining in-center clinical responsibilities with remote flexibility for documentation and administrative work. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and support RBTs during in-center sessions Provide parent training and guidance Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner (treatment plans, progress reports, session notes) Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care Hybrid expectations: In-center presence required for assessments, supervision, and client observation Remote work allowed for treatment planning, reports, and administrative tasks Approximately 2-3 in-center days per week , based on caseload Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Texas LBA (or ability to obtain immediately) Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA managing cases independently (required) Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Ability to meet documentation deadlines consistently

Preferred:

Experience in an in-center ABA setting Experience with insurance-based services and authorizations Strong supervision and team collaboration skills Flexible schedule (approximately 10-25 hours per week to start), with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows.

Pay:

$75.00 - $90.00 per hour
