Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for assigned students Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Provide direct supervision and support to a Behavior Technician carrying out a short-term plan Collaborate with educational staff to monitor progress and recommend adjustments as needed Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
