If you've been wanting to start your own company or work for yourself but don't want to deal with all the logistics, this is the perfect position for you. Individualized Supports is a small, BCBA-owned ABA company providing high-quality, in-home services to children and families in the Mercer County area. We are quickly growing and currently have 2 cases ready to start ASAP, with additional referrals coming in.

Build your own schedule based on the client's availability Highly independent role Supportive, local BCBA owner Focus on quality care over high caseloads Only hire qualified RBTs/BTs Consistent in-home cases in Mercer County Able to do a mix of in-person and telehealth supervision Treatment planning hours Initial and concurrent assessments optional W2 position Accrued sick time from day one Responsibilities Create treatment plans and programs in HiRasmus Schedule your own and staff appointments in Aloha Supervise and train BTs/RBTs Monitor progress and update programs in HiRasmus Maintain clinical documentation Provide parent training to families and caregivers on a monthly basis Opportunity to provide
