BCBA- Part time HYBRID

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time Hybrid (Home, Telehealth & Center-Based). We serve children impacted by Autism, from early intervention through after-school care, and value collaboration, family support, and clinical excellence. Home cases in several towns in CT BHCS is currently hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving clients in-home, via telehealth, and in our Torrington-based center.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial behavioral assessments and write individualized treatment plans Develop and oversee ABA-based interventions with measurable goals Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians (BTs) Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed Collaborate with families to promote consistency across environments Review and approve session notes and documentation Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards May facilitate occasional social skills groups Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (Required) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) - Active and in good standing (Required) Licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut (Required) At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism (3-5 years preferred) Minimum of 2 years developing and implementing behavior support plans Proficiency with ABA principles and ethical standards Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
