Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) will drive meaningful progress by implementing evidence-based interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and progress Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to inform treatment adjustments and ensure compliance with clinical standards Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across settings Maintain detailed medical records, documentation, and reports in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards Participate in intake processes to evaluate new clients' needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for clinical decision-making Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and create effective treatment plans Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, medical records management, and medical terminology Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating families or caregivers Patience, empathy, and a passionate commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities Join us as a BCBA Specialist to empower individuals through innovative behavioral interventions!
